Mahendra has a distinguished background as a scientist and as an entrepreneur. He was with AT&T and Lucent for 20 years where he specialized in video communications, personal computer design, ATM management and IP networking. After leaving Lucent, Mahendra joined a startup in IP security, Niksun, as VP of Engineering. In 2 years, he built and coached a highly technical team of over 120 engineers adept in the art of LAN/WAN packet recording and in their analysis. The open platform approach allowed the company to quickly deliver customized security and performance optimization solutions to an impressive set of clients including AT&T, Telia, Comcast, Morgan Stanley, Reuters, Bank of America, and Cisco Systems. Dr. Pratap has a PhD in Nuclear Physics and has authored over 2 dozen scientific papers.

As an entrepreneur, consultant, and information security specialist, Navin's experience brings a unique perspective to Entry India. He makes sure that client's business objectives are tightly integrated with their India strategy. He also serves as a lead spokesperson to educate investors and SMEs on profiting from India opportunities. Prior to forming Entry India, Navin has worked with premier multinationals like ITT Industries and Cable & Wireless and also with start-ups like EGenex Business Services and Makro Technologies, one of the top 50 fastest growing companies in New Jersey. His ground breaking thinking has won him multiple awards on recommendations from institutions like Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). He has been a key role player in architecting security solution for System Wide Information Management (SWIM), a highly crucial project under Department of Transportation (DoT - USA). Navin holds masters in Engineering Management with core focus on Information Security from George Washington University and bachelors in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University
